Overview
The aim was to create a website to increase revenue and offer a pleasant user experience for the end-user, allowing potential clients to easily view all New & Used caravans For Sale and the availability of each caravan park, then purchase/book a suitable caravan and/ or location.
Before the launch of the new website, a problem was customers were getting in touch regularly with the same questions the answers for these are now accessible on the website through the addition of the Frequently Asked Questions section. I also ensured that outside of the FAQs, every question the customer had was answered, through the creation of multiple process sections across the majority of the website pages.
